Skype and Microsoft-Not Such a Smooth Relationship
Thailand Travel Kit: Huts, Trip Itineraries, and Tips for the Budget or Upscale Tourist by a Thailand Insider who has lived in Thailand for 8 years by Jack B. Wily ... see you in Thailand ...
Has anyone out there noticed that Microsoft has apparently bought Skype. I mean it happened in 2011 and Microsoft says there messenger clients can log on with there messenger-AKA-Microsoft Account-there idea about live and there internet presence is apparently dead.
I tried to log in today in 2014 with a live account and i couldn't. I think Microsoft is keeping the Skype thing quiet because people don't much want to have anything to do with Microsoft and the internet. I think it is going to be quite separate for years to come. I think Microsoft knows that if they touch it they will fuck it up and I think the people at Skype don't want a heck of a lot to do with Microsoft.
And why would they. They have one of the best brand names in the world. They are the Burger King of the internet. Why would they play with a company that after twenty years is still trying to force people to us OUTLOOK. I mean it was hotmail. It was live.com. At first it was the losing outlook and now somehow Gates thinks (or his clan) that MS has figured out a way to stick Outlook up our asses.
Go think.
