Has America become a Fascist Nation?

A lot of what i post here is sure to rankle feathers. But I pose the question of fascism in america for a reason. or reasons, rather. Let me state my case. A junior high school student was recently hunted down and arrested for changing someones name in a yearbook to first name + masturbator. I mean is it virtuous behaviour? Well, one, could, i suppose debate that. I believe when i was a student i would have gotten in trouble of some kind, except i wouldn't have gotten caught. But i don't think the 'state' would of arrested me and put my photo in the media. She was only seventeen. She should be allowed to sue the paper that did it for a few million dollars, but i guess america now has laws that allow kids to have their reputations smeared in the media. Most of my friends in school would have thought it hilarious. i mean bullying, which by the way our great nation has not and is not doing much about is another matter all together, but in this case the students didn't really know each other. The other reasons i pose this ominous question are: webcams everywhere. will they be in bedrooms and girls you know wheres in the near future. i mean the nation is fighting fundamentalist muslim philosophy while simultaneously creating the perfect fundamentalist muslim state. there are laws that force a person to face a baby to the back in a car seat- is it a good idea-might be-but its my baby and i think i have a brain and if i think it is a good idea to face a baby to the back, i think i am capable of making the decision by myself. but these days uncle sam is out there wanting to do the thinking for all of us serfs. i mean they tax us like serfs. the money is never in the till- it seems to me the only other outlet is the money going into the politicians banks. our kids can't sell lemonade on the street. it is a felony for a junior high school student to have sex with a freshman. is it going to be a felony to have sex outside of marriage and corporate control? i just don't trust these wanna be mother politicians who are out telling people where they can smoke. i am not a fan of secondhand smoke, but really- no bars where a person can go and smoke. it seems to me that in a great free nation the market would take care of that issue. but are mothers in washington have decided that if they don't smoke, no one else will either. and they have their guns out gunning for offenders. of course they love to line their wallets with the tabaco tax money-so the evil weed will not actually be outlawed- read hypocrite. its a great source of revenue- just sue for a few billion every ten years- see mafia. i could go on but i won't. i think i have made my case.
